Tisera is a minor character in Endless Ocean 2, acting as the catalyst for the "Find the Blue Bird" quest.

Tisera is only seen during the events of the "Find the Blue Bird" quest. She arrives at Nineball Island after the player has found the blue bird on its landing spot in Ciceros Strait's Triton Cove. She asks the player to find all seven of its landing spots around the world, and explains that she wants to see it for herself, but doesn't explain why.
When the player has found all of the bird's landing spots, and has flown back to Nineball Island, Oceana notes that it doesn't look like it's going anywhere anytime soon, and says to call Tisera. She subsequently arrives on Nineball Island, and finally gets to see the bird for herself before it flies off for the final time.
Tisera then explains that there's a legend passed down through her family that those who see the blue bird will find eternal happiness. Despite how long she has searched for the bird, she was never able to see it for herself, believing for a time that this meant she would never find happiness like her ancestors did. When the player tells her what the bird "said" on the beach of the Zahhab Region before flying away - "to the happy place" - she realizes that the blue bird comes to places where people are happy. Because of this, she cannot chase the blue bird - she must find her own happiness, and let the blue bird come to her. With this revelation, she thanks the player, gifts them the Ninja wetsuit, and departs Nineball Island.
