Pia Marini is one of the six clients who can request a guide from the player in Endless Ocean. She is an Italian model with a confident personality. Upon first introduction, she asks the player if they have heard of her, to which she is briefly shocked that they haven’t.

- Pia's face texture has her ears studded with blue heart-shaped earrings, which she is never seen wearing in-game.
- In the official guidebook, Pia is shown to be wearing a different wetsuit than she does in game: she is wearing the High Tide wetsuit, as opposed to the Brilliant Reef wetsuit.
- She is also wearing her unused earrings in her guidebook photo.
